
Suhani is a facilitator and trainer at Tesorino Equestrian Center. As a Certified Equine Specialist (ES) through the EAGALA model, she applies the highly regarded method for coaching, team building, and personal growth. A strong advocate for the self awareness and educational qualities provided by equines, she facilitates working sessions with clients as both teams and individuals on a variety of topics such as leadership development, team building, psychosocial educational training. Having spent 15 years in the hospitality industry and in corporate human resources, she combined horse and human relations to build Tesorino Equestrian Center, a go to location for understanding equine behavior and how it relates to humans. She has been practicing and tirelessly studying equine herd behavior for several years. She holds a Bachelors of Science from Penn State University and a Masters in HR from University of Oklahoma. Because of her desire to help the community with the growing mental health epidemic, she developed the equine assisted learning program at Tesorino Equestrian Center in response to that. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Edmond Family Counseling and Hope for Families in Edmond.
