Su manages the Equine Assisted Learning program (EAL), the Horse Hotel at Tesorino, and serves as co-trainer for the lessons and training program. As a Certified Equine Specialist (ES) through the EAGALA model, she applies the highly regarded method for coaching, team building, and personal growth. A strong advocate for the therapeutic and educational qualities provided by equines, she facilitates working sessions with clients as both teams and individuals on a variety of topics such as leadership development, team building, and personal awareness. Having spent 15 years in the hospitality industry and in corporate human resources, she decided to combine her two passions of horses and hospitality to build Tesorino Equestrian Center. She has been practicing and tirelessly studying horsemanship as it relate to humans for several years. She received her Bachelors of Science from Penn State University and is working towards her Masters in Human Relations.
